Joint Statement on Patent Settlement 

between 

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. and LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

当前，光伏行业逐步从价格竞争转向以技术创新驱动的高质量发展阶段。晶科能源股份有限公司（以下简称“晶科能源”）与隆基绿能科技股份有限公司（以下简称“隆基绿能”）作为光伏行业的领军企业，始终将持续技术和产品创新置于战略核心，持续投入研发并积极布局全球知识产权，展现出对创新价值和知识产权保护的高度认同与长期承诺。

The photovoltaic industry is gradually shifting from price-driven competition to a new era of high-quality growth fueled by technological innovation. Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (referred to as “JinkoSolar”) and LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “LONGi Green Energy”), as leading enterprises in the photovoltaic industry, have always placed technological and product innovation at the core of their strategies, continuously invested in R&D, proactively building a global intellectual property portfolio, demonstrating a high degree of recognition and long-term commitment to innovation and IP protection.

基于此，2025年9月19日，晶科能源与隆基绿能联合宣布，就双方及双方关联公司在全球范围内正在进行的相关专利主张和法律事项达成和解协议。

Building on this shared commitment, JinkoSolar and LONGi Green Energy announced on September 19, 2025, that the two companies and their affiliates have reached a settlement agreement regarding ongoing patent disputes and related legal matters worldwide. 

根据和解协议，双方同意：结束在全球范围内正在进行的全部专利纠纷法律程序，并就双方各自持有的部分核心专利的交叉授权许可达成相关商业安排。

Under the agreement, both parties agree to: terminate all ongoing patent-related legal proceedings worldwide and enter into a commercial arrangement that includes a cross-licensing agreement covering selected core patents owned by each party.

本次和解及专利授权，体现了双方尊重知识产权、寻求合作共赢的良好意愿，也为行业树立了长期可持续知识产权伙伴关系的典范。两家公司将继续加大新技术研发，加速先进技术的商业化与应用创新，并在未来探讨更深层次的合作。我们相信这将鼓励更多光伏企业投入研发创新，形成良性竞争生态，构建光伏行业健康、有序的知识产权生态，推动行业可持续发展。

This settlement and patent licensing underscore both companies’ commitment to respecting intellectual property and pursuing win-win cooperation, setting a benchmark for long-term, sustainable IP partnerships in the solar industry. The two companies will continue investing in cutting-edge technologies, accelerate commercialization and practical applications, and explore opportunities for deeper cooperation. We believe this will encourage greater investment in R&D across the PV sector, fostering a virtuous cycle of competition, building a healthy and orderly intellectual property ecosystem that supports the industry’s sustainable growth.
