前言/Preface
当前，中东地区正积极推进绿色能源，其中太阳能和储能产业发展势头强劲。在过去的15年间，中东地区的发电量实现翻倍，未来10-20年规划的可再生能源容量高达90GW。预计到2026年底，该地区太阳能装机容量将达到31GW，较2021年底的约10.5GW增长近两倍。
Currently, the Middle East region is actively promoting green energy, among which the solar and energy storage industries showing strong development momentum. Over the past 15 years, the power generation capacity in the Middle East has doubled, and the planned renewable energy capacity for the next 10-20 years is as high as 90GW. It is estimated that by the end of 2026, the installed solar capacity in the region will reach 31GW, nearly tripling compared to approximately 10.5GW at the end of 2021.
2025年4月7日至9日，“第49届中东能源展”将在迪拜举办。值此盛会之际，【国际能源网】将联合相关国际机构联合组织《2025光储融合创新环球巡回秀》（中东站）活动，旨在分享探索光伏储能产业融合的最新技术、应用项目、实践经验和解决方案，聚焦资源对接，促进项目落地，推动其在全球能源产业的进一步发展。探索引领能源转型的创新产品和解决方案，并构建长期稳定的业务关系。以满足多元化、数字化和可持续发展的需求。
From April7th to 9th, 2025，the 49th Edition of Middle East Energy will be held in Dubai. On the occasion of this grand event, International Energy Network will jointly organize the "2025 Global Tour of Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Integration Innovation (Middle East Stop)" event with relevant international institutions. The aim is to share and explore the latest technologies, application projects, practical experiences, and solutions for the integration of the photovoltaic and energy storage industries, focus on resource interconnection, promote project implementation, and contribute to the further development of the global energy industry. To explore innovative products and solutions that lead the energy transition and build long-term stable business relationships, so as to meet the needs of diversification, digitalization and sustainable development.

Releasing the Action Programme for the New Energy Industry to Assist Local Governments in Carbon Neutrality, Ecological Conservation and High-quality Development.
REPER合作平台基于2019年12月清华大学社会科学学院与联合国防治荒漠化公约秘书处签订的主题为“Science Policy and Technology Cooperation for Renewable Energy Transformation to Promote Ecosystem Restoration and Sustainable Livelihoods”的合作备忘录（REPER MoU）而成立，由清华大学社会科学学院能源转型与社会发展研究中心作为执行单位。
The REPER cooperation platform was established based on the MoU titled "Science Policy and Technology Cooperation for Renewable Energy Transformation to Promote Ecosystem Restoration and Sustainable Livelihoods" signed between the School of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University and the Secretariat of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification in December 2019. The Research Center for Energy Transition and Social Development, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University serves as the executive unit.
REPER合作平台致力于建设开放式的合作平台，这依据于该合作备忘录的约定——与包括科研和教育机构、私营部门和学术及商业协会在内的合作伙伴合作，在可再生能源支持土地恢复和可持续生计发展领域创建国际平台和框架，并获得各方的认可。
The REPER cooperation platform is committed to building an open cooperation platform. As stipulated in the MoU, it is encouraged to cooperate with partners including scientific research and educational institutions, the private sectors, as well as academic and business associations to create an international platform and framework in the field of renewable energy supported land restoration and sustainable livelihood development, which should be recognized by all parties.
