PV Farm  Mounting System Combines Farming with Efficient Power Generatio

On environmental and ecological protection, our overall virescence measure follows the principle of virescence before construction to prevent soil erosion, protect biodiversity, reduce dust and noise, and finally achieve the harmony with nature. This project sets an good example for other projects by promoting regional coordinated development and achieve an multi-win situation in energy, agriculture and ecology. This green electricity innovation project of photovoltaic + agriculture produces the most benefit on the full utilization of light and agricultural electricity conservation, deeply demonstrates the saying that “green mountains are also gold mountains”.1

光伏农棚所发的电,如同一场及时雨,滋润着农场的每一个角落。它为灌溉系统提供动力,让每一株农作物都能享受到充足的水分;为照明设备带来光明,使农场的夜晚不再黑暗;为温控设备注入能量,确保农作物在适宜的温度中生长。如此一来,农业生产的能源成本大幅降低,农户们不再为高昂的电费而忧心忡忡。不仅如此,日本政府出台了一系列支持光伏农业发展的政策和补贴措施。日本政府为光伏发电提供每千瓦时 42 日元的补贴,补贴量丰厚。多余的电力还能并入电网,为农户们带来额外的收入。这份实实在在的收益,如同温暖的阳光,照亮了农户们的生活,也提高了农业的经济效益。

The electricity generated by the photovoltaic farm system, is a timely rain moistening every corner of the farm.It powers the irrigation system so that every crop gets enough water;it brings light to the lighting equipment, so that the farm night is no longer dark; it injects energy into the temperature control equipment to ensure that the crops grow at the right temperature.In this way, the energy cost of agricultural production is greatly reduced, and farmers no longer have to worry about high electricity bills. What’s more, the Japanese government has issued a series of policies and subsidy measures to support the development of photovoltaic agriculture. The Japanese government provides an abundant subsidy of 42 yen per kilowatt-hour for photovoltaic power generation.Excess power can be merged into the power grid, brings additional income to farmers. These tangible benefits brightens the lives of farmers like the warm sunshine, also improves the economic benefits of agriculture.

GS farm PV mounting system which is built by aluminum alloy structure, with a solid open column foundation, is firmly rooted in Japan"s vast farmland. This system of GS is like a flexible “Transformers”,showing its flexible light reggulation by fitting with different types of crops from photophilous vegetables to lucifugal mushrooms according to their different demands of light. While ensuring that crops thrive, photovoltaic power generation efficiency is also steadily improving. The span design is a highlight, which not only fits in with the diverse layout of Japanese farmland, reduces the footprint of support structures, leaving ample space for farming operations, but also makes large-scale power output possible.
