  PVSEC-29距离开幕倒计时36天,小编为大家奉上第九分会场“Topcon太阳电池 ”的详细安排。
  
  分会场主席 沈辉
  德国德累斯顿工业大学博士,中山大学教授,博导,现任光伏科学与技术国家重点实验室学术委员会主任。1982-1992在中国科学院固体物理研究所从事材料微观结构与纳米材料研究工作,其中于1989年 8-11月在民主德国科学院作为访问学者,1992-1996在联邦德国夫郎霍费应用材料研究所从事纳米合金研究工作,同时在德累斯顿工业大学攻读“材料科学”专业博士学位。1999-2004在中国科学院广州能源研究所创建太阳能光电研究团队,从事太阳能光热转换材料与硅薄膜太阳电池研究。从2004年8月来中山大学理工学院先后创建纳米材料研究中心与太阳能系统研究所,从事太阳电池物理、工艺及光伏系统技术研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部863、省、市等多项科研项目。现为国际太阳能学会会员、中国可再生能源学会光伏委员会副主任、光电材料与技术国家重点实验室副主任、中国建筑金属结构协会光电建筑应用技术专家、《太阳能学报》、《太阳能》、《材料导报》《国际光能学报》编委等。自2004年来中山大学工作以来,共发表文章86篇,获授权发明专利26项。

  Dr. Di Yan received his PhD degrees in 2016 from the Australian National University. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the research school of electrical, energy and materials engineering in ANU. His work focuses on the development of passivating contact technologies for high efficiency silicon solar cells. He is the primary developer of the novel passivating contact technology by using physical vapor deposition.

  Kaining Ding studied material science at the RWTH-Aachen University in Germany. He carried out his Ph.D. research with the Institute of Energy and Climate Research 5 – Photovoltaics in the Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany, and received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the RWTH-Aachen University in 2014. He is heading the silicon heterojunction materials and solar cells group at Forschungszentrum Jülich since 2014. He is active as coordinator or project leader of several German, European and international projects as well as organizer or scientific committee member of several workshops and conferences.
  Frank Feldmann studied Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH) in Germany from 2005 to 2010. During his studies he was awarded the Henry Ford II prize. In 2011 he joined the Fraunhofer institute for solar energy (ISE) and developed the TOPCon technology which enables efficiencies beyond 25%. In 2015 he received the PhD degree from the Albert-Ludwig-University of Freiburg for the dissertation “Carrier-selective contacts for high-efficiency Si solar cells”. In 2016 he was awarded the Junior Einstein Award sponsored by SolarWorld AG. Frank Feldmann is currently employed as “product manager passivating contacts” at Fraunhofer ISE.
