  PVSEC-29距离开幕倒计时25天,小编为大家奉上第八分会场“薄膜、IBC和HIT太阳电池”的详细安排。
  
  分会场主席 刘正新
  2000年毕业于日本丰桥工业大学电机与电子工程系。他一直在系统工程师有限公司工作。日本Tateyama Kagaku工业有限公司和日本国家先进工业科学技术研究所(AIST)。2010年被中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所聘为“千人计划”教授。他自2012年起担任上海理工大学教授。刘博士是太阳能电池材料与器件、可再生能源、太阳能电池测量技术等领域的专家。他目前的研究兴趣包括高效晶体硅太阳能电池,异质结结构物理学,太阳能电池标准化。他发表了100多篇国际期刊论文。他曾担任多个日本和中国国家项目的首席研究员。他是国际电工委员会(IEC/TC82)技术委员会的副主席。
  
  分会场主席 Pierre J. Verlinden
  Dr. Pierre Verlinden is Director of AMROCK, a PV technology consulting company, and visiting Professor at Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China. Dr. Verlinden has been working in the field of photovoltaics for 40 years and has published over 200 technical papers. From 2012 to 2018, Dr. Verlinden served as Chief Scientist, Vice-President and Vice-Chair of the State Key Laboratory of PV Science and Technology at Trina Solar, China, one of the world’s largest PV manufacturers. Previously, he has managed the R&D department or served as Chief Scientist in several PV companies in USA and Australia, including SunPower, Origin Energy Solar and Solar Systems. Dr. Verlinden is the recipient of the 2016 William Cherry Award, awarded by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and one of the world highest distinctions in PV research, for his dedication over the past three decades at the forefront of PV technology and commercialization, leading technology advances including the interdigitated back contact cell, silicon and multijunction III-V CPV cells, and his overall leadership of key R&D organizations. Dr. Verlinden is also recipient of the 2017 Chinese Government Friendship Award, the highest award given by China to foreigners.

  报告主题: Silicon Heterojunction Technology rising up to progressive PV industry adoption:  Myth or reality ?
  Dr. Pierre-Jean Ribeyron received his PhD in 1998 at the University of Grenoble-Alps (France) on the crystallization of multi crystalline silicon for PV application. In 2000, he joined CEA to build the first R&D platform for silicon solar cell technology. Since 2005 and the creation of INES (French National Solar Institute), he focused his research on high efficiency solar cells, especially silicon heterojunction technology. His research interests include the whole value chain from silicon material to module up to PV systems and Levelized cost of electricity.

  报告主题: Road of Amorphous/Crystalline Silicon Heterojunction (SHJ) Solar Cells of SIMIT from Lab to Industry
  Fanying Meng received her Ph.D. degree at physical department from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2001. She worked as a teacher in Shanghai Jiaotong University from 2001 to 2011. From 2011 to the present, she joined the Research Center for New Energy Technologies of SIMIT, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has ever worked on TCO films and CIGS solar cells in Tokyo Institute of Technology for 3 years. based on the previous research, She has published around 100 scientific papers on the professional journals. At present, she is member of China Renewable Energy Association Photovoltaic Committee, member of a council of Shanghai Solar Energy Society. Her current research interests involve fundamental and experimental research for high efficiency solar cells, such as transparent conductive oxide film (TCO), high efficiency amorphous/crystalline silicon heterojunction (SHJ) solar cells, surface and interface of Si-based solar cells, to fabricate the low-cost, high efficiency solar cells for  PV industry.

  One of the founders of ISC Konstanz, Dr. Kopecek is since 2007 the leader of the advanced solar cells department dealing with several European, national research projects and technology transfers in the field of silicon feedstock and solar cells, focusing on high efficiency n-type devices. Dr. Kopecek is organizing workshops and giving talks on conferences and for energy ministries on solar cell and module technologies with the focus on bifacial technology in which he has written a book about technology applications and economics. In addition Dr. Kopecek is the initiator of setting up a new Technology center in Chile dealing with desert modules and systems- AtaMoS-TeC. Since 2016 he is in the board of directors at EUREC- European association for research centers involved in renewable R&D.
